A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample and small order, by air or by sea for bulk order, up to buyer.

Q5. Can i have my logo or brand on products?

A: Laser marking with your logo be available for small order and be free.

B: MOQ is 1000pcs for Silk Printing with your logo and customize color box & specification.

Pls send your logo design in CDR or PLT format for check firstly.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer One years warranty for our SMART HOME DEVICES.

Q7.How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new parts or replacements with Next Order.

Q8.What is your payment term?

A: Full payment for sample and small order if less USD5000, and 30% depost (OEM is 50%) and balance payment before shipping.

B: Alibaba Trade Assurance payment, TT & Western union all be ok for us.
